- After settling into my new condo here in Pattaya I start taking advantage of all the amenities my condo offers and doing some exploring of my area and find myself just minutes away from 5 amazing 5 star restaurants

I Laughed out loud @6:25 when you said you were from @lanta and thought there was shooting outside. Detroit here, so I feel you. I plan to semi-retire in that neighborhood next year. I have been to Thailand a dozen times and traveled north, south and everywhere in between. I like Pattaya and Jomtien the best.

@@FlatlinerInk I would be happy to hit you up. I just need to get the wife on board. Thailand has everything for me. Detroit weather in the winter is awful. So we will likely be "snow birds" but instead of Florida, it will be Pattaya.

The restaurants in the neighborhood are cool. If I was an expat on a budget I probably wouldn't spend about $50 a day on food unless my cashflow allowed or if I had a great pension. When I was in Pattaya, I enjoyed going to the mall to get top quality meals for at least $2. But to each their own. Thx for the vid!
Trust me I do not eat like that every day and some of the $2 meals are better then what you get at the five star restaurants. However it’s nice to live like a king from time to time. Thanks for watching!
As far as your choice of apartments, I think you’re better off where you are. I would have chosen the one you’re in rather than opt for the bigger one.
I would have already negotiated a way out of my current situation and be living in the larger unit and if I can make the deal online I'll be there in thailand 11/01/2022 ! This place is really nice and much bigger than The EDGE ... Good Luck my friend . Offer them one month rent and let them keep your down payment to move into the new unit but they'll have to give one month back when you move out .
My dog is on here way and having to move to a pet friendly condo. Son been looking for a new condo

I don’t drink much, but curious what a regular bottled water cost out? If a cold bottle is less than $2 then I can’t imagine. With that savings, I would feel good about upgrading to modern unit at your condo building possibly overlooking the ocean. Great videos!

I try not to spend more then $1500 a month but with the way I’ve been living it’s been more along the lines of $2000+ a month. Drinking and going out is a big expense. Thanks for watching my friend!
