This may be seen as being misunderstanding of trans people but honestly I feel that a parent who does this is really being selfish. It's just wrong.

This is such a touching commercial. Love the music. Think what you may of the Kardashians, but they have an amazing platform to do much good and educate the world about not only transgender issues, but about acceptance, unconditional love and family.
He's a nice person. He just deserves to live his life in happiness peace and diginity. Whatever that may be

I just watched the episode and I don't usually comment... But I just wanted to say that I really admire the Kardashian family for making this public. This isn't a "cry for attention or fame", it's a platform opening the doors for young kids who may be struggling with gender identity problems. A family supports one another, and Bruce is lucky to be part of such a close family! They have my respect, and I don't care if anyone disagrees. Go Bruce!!
If it were anybody but these people I would agree with you ,but I believe he has an issue but for them it's a platform to make more money, and if they can take credit for helping someone they will take that too.
By making this public, Caitlyn IS making money, you're right! But she's also creating awareness for the transgender community. I can't even begin to explain how many "coming out as transgender" videos Ive seen on youtube in the past few months! This was never something that was made public or even talked about. Before Caitlyn, I didn't know anything about transgender people, but now I feel a lot more educated and accepting. If she makes money, that doesn't mean its not doing a lot of good for young people out there struggling to be who they really are.

Bruce should be ashamed of himself..." you guy don't know how it feels to be someone who isn't you... and those who say he's selfish... you guys should know that he has been a good father to his kids ignoring his secret and having this fake facade in front of his family... he has done so much for his family and now he's doing something for himself... you either support Bruce or don't say anything at all... your mean comments are not needed...
