So if I’m doing hip bag as you did with black plastic clips sewn ITH, I could make same long strap + attach to black plastic hooks already sewn in instead of your swivel hooks?
Using the 5x7 hoop, it’s possible but it will only my a doll size bag. This one was done on the NQ was the 6x10. It’s doable on your machine but it won’t be as big.

It’s on one of my bag tutorials. The crossbody bag. Scroll to 33:00 and it starts there. You will need a sewing machine. Hope that helps.
