And wargaming needs to take a look into light armor models or something, cause I bounce off their armor way more than I should using guns with at least 400mm pen
If the light tanks functioned how the stats say they should function they would be almost pointless in a game like this .
WG uses RNG and other mechanics to allow certain tank types to be relevant in an armoured close combat game.
In the plus side if you have good RNG your shots demolish lights but with poor RNG you get bounces and tracking shots that do nothing at all.

Just disgusting, per the usual. Why is Wargaming so set on running people out and off the game forever? Every person who buys this thing IS PART OF THE PROBLEM, so please don't complain. When there's no game to play anymore because it isn't profitable for WG to host when so few are playing, you can thank yourself for purchasing these OP tanks that most of us won't be buying.
I said pretty much the same thing when WG introduced the Armadillo.

This game is getting ridiculous. I think I'll clear up the season pass, try to enjoy the Thumper for a bit and move on. I played WoT first on PC during its start, it was absolutely brilliant back then. It as changed so much for mostly the wrong reasons.

Worth buying for a credit farmer for sure. Easy 100k even in a co-op game.
Cw lights are in need of balancing, they have too much health paired with superior mobility, good to God like alpha, and although true vision kinda negates concealment by a bit they've got it too.
Lol most of if not all of the heavies in CW can easily keep pace with any light in CW...hell they can outrun said lights AND no lights don't have "god like alpha"...
How about you try playing some CW lights before you go complaining about something you don't understand...
@@saerbhreathach540 Think before you type, notice I said "mobility". We're not playing WoT: need for speed, where lights and heavies are doing drag races. Lights have an inherent advantage of having speed and maneuverability, and mobility is key in CW. Lights should be speedy and maneuverable, but they're able to tank way more damage than they should.
@@saerbhreathach540 and again, I said "good to God like alpha". Lights with guns are pretty well off being just shy of mbt guns, while the lights that rely on missles get 800mm of pen and up to 1430 alpha, pretty god like considering how often people are getting ammo racked by the wiesel.

@@benromero4589 you know nothing you absolute muppet....CW heavies can and do keep pace with EVERY CW light tank, there's even some heavies that can outrun said lights as well as having better handling. So again try playing lights before posting your bullshit opinions on how "op" lights are. Cause light tanks in both CW and WWII are anything but "op"....

It is so light that it is like trying to ram a balloon. It just bounces off. One I kept pushing hoping to smash it against a wall, but it just casually turned and drove off. All I did was give it a speed boost.
This tank is infuriating to play against. Got in a few games this morning and almost every time I ended up ammo racked or lost a module/crew. No surprise because cw lights are usually op.

Bought it, will play the hell out of it, and there is no doubt it will get nerfed into oblivion a year from now. Until then, game on!
I'd make lights have a max of 1,800 health, while keeping all the other stats as they are. This would reflect how unarmored and vulnerable they should play like, while discourage players from having the confidence and ability to yolo.
It's not the tanks it's the strength of RNG used on console . I think it's 20- 25% I lost track cos they kept changing it but if you think about how strong 20% actually is the game it basically means that for single players games are decided by which team has the better RNG .
@@cloraformsgood5340 At this point I've got tier Xs and "19s" in WoT, countless days into the game, and rng makes me almost regret it all. I don't have the time now to start over but if I could I'd jump to WT if I could be at the end of their tank trees like I am in WoT.
Possibly drop vents for camo net and have camo, silent driving and muffled shot on the crew. That thing can more than likely be stupid levels of stealth if built into it.

One tip for wiesel drivers, If you can afford to have dedicated Crew for that tank you dont need any aiming or accuracy perks for crew
Just played a game in my bmp3. I came across 9 of these wiesel. I see a nerf incoming for these very soon. I got 1 shot for 2800 points. They have 2700 hit points. So they could potentially take 4 to 6 hits to kill while 1 shooting everything lol. Surprisingly last 5 machines alive in game? All wiesels the shock lol

I played one game in this tank, 1 shot a full health thumper and got mvp in the end. Turned my Xbox off after that….

7 or 8 of these on each team all yoloing like crackheads after their next fix, and getting all my challenger 2 hp rinsed in 4 shots from said gaggle of smackheads in seconds or maybe I’ll get ammo racked again with their over the top penetration values! I’m sure they’re fun if you have one but for everyone else the era 3 is now broken and I only moved back to cw to get away from AVRE’s in WW2. Time for a break. The only time I did that 7 years of playing was after 6.0.

This is a real tank that is just as deadly, german light tank line the Wiesel line.. My honest take more tanks the better but the balance for what this tank is.. I think the HP should be nothing more than 900 hp, it is lethal and small that makes it dangerous but make it vulnerable and easy to take out when caught as it will irl..
Seeing what this thing can do really hurts my brain
I've noticed that a lot of the Centurion AVRE's in matches are actually bots. Which means this tank will most likely never "die out" as war gaming has programmed for this thing to be in matches 90% of the time.

It seems like it has EBR strength while driving and jumping off cliffs, a stealth build can be disgusting as a drive by Killer, great for end battle clean up with a little sniping in beginning of battle.

I don't thinks it's OP. I think it has some aspects that are broken. 2700 is to much HP for this vehicle, and ramming them doesn't do nearly enough damage.
T72BU set up for ramming I did 400 damage to one when I was wide open down a hill and it was coming up the hill. I then bounced two premium shells off of him at close range. It has 5mm of armor, those rounds should have went through both sides
Added camo paint and adv camo to tank and a 9skill concealment cmdr. Got my stationary camo to 80 meters! Add traction equpt and got to 88KMH … sadly the narrow arc on the tow make it unsuitable for a fast drive-by assassin. It’s broken the era 3 game the same way the armadillo originally did for era 2. ….. my games were to wall weasels and thumpers today……
Ya era 3 is gonna be messed up for a while. Bought the Wiesel and penned 2 shots and each did over 1200 damage. That was firing the primary ammo and not the premium. The primary ammo has 800 pen btw. It's fast, light and gets thrown all over the place. It takes a lot of fall damage tho. I fell not too far and lost over 800 HP. It has 2.7k hit points tho. My first game I did no damage and only spotted and made 56k silver after the match. It was a victory. The rockets move slowly. It's a tank imma have to get used to.

First time I ever faced this tank on launch was a match with 4 of them in the other player team; FOUR OF THEM - pretty sure they were also using VC because they owned the entire map. It was just pure chaos. I kinda love this vehicle as much as I hate it.
Lots of my own team just ram you out of the way but a few 1 shoots in it fun to play
It is very op the fourth game i played i did 10k plus damage and mastery badge. With only a three skill crew.
It may be a real German tank but it’s unrealistic. Somehow I don’t see the realistic German tank taking four or five 120mm rounds to stop it. They need to change that!

It's a bit hard for me to take it seriously, but I absolutely relished my revenge on a few BMP-3s... those bitches are way worse than the Armored Dildo ever was! So sending a few 'em straight to hell was a bit of fun!

Another example of Wargaming's priorities.It's not about one team winning over the other,it's not about tactical gameplay,it's not about becoming competent in a particular tank.It's about getting your debit card out,spend your money,buy a ridiculous tank that requires minimum skill,fast track your way to tier 10 with the help of boosters,head out to the same point on the same repetitive map and play like a moron to improve your own personal stats.They've completely lost the essence of what this game used to be about.

Does anyone else have a glitch in their MORE CHALLENGES section in the SEASONS tab, which says that your challenges are about to expire in a matter of *hours* instead of the correct time limit of a number of *days* ?
I mean, this new week just started, and according to the list, all of the new challenges are set to expire within a few hours!

Yeah my valiant exp bonus says expires in 4 hours for some reason but the season ends in 30+ days.

God, it's worse than artillery. At least I can try to dodge an artillery shell, the dang rocket is laser guided.
Artillery is much worse because it can splash you with HE for a ton of damage, even if it misses by several meters. Plus, even if you are behind cover, you can still get hit by it. Yes, if you are up close, your options to avoid missles are limited, but at least there are options. You can just move out the way since missle can't turn too fast, try to have them hit you at a bad attack angle, put an object between you and the missle, or if equipped, deploy a smokescreen to disable the guidance system and move out of the flight path. Not to mention, you can see a missle coming at you, which means depending on the distance, you will have a certain amount of time to react.
They are easy to dodge if you ask me better than Arty. An Arty shell can still get you behind rocks this can't as soon as you are off screen ducking or hiding behind something it can't be guided to you.
It’s 100% worse than artillery and anyone who claims otherwise is coping at this point, even with proof shoved in their faces lol
