Norah, it may be a bit intimidating to audience to ask personal questions and laughing at their expense. Especially when some audience may not be too comfortable speaking in English and their answers come out not the way they intended them. Just my opinion and my empathy with the audience!
I think most Chinese bought ticket to a comedian show are able to take a joke. People will usually get offended when they go to a free show. That is because they don’t know what they getting themself into, the reason they go is “free”.
@@Joelych That is true too. But can we assume that all attendees are ok to pay to be laughed at? I am not trying to run Norah down. She has the unique gift of wit with humour. I am sure her passion will go a long way to make her mark on China. Just giving my 2 cent worth of unsolicited feedback as a viewer.
