@@randomyank7777 I'm pretty certain it is a 70 454. A buddy of mine was kind of involved with the blazer build it came out of and said he thought it was a 70 454also
@@Kenmillard I saw that post . I once had a 64 Pontiac Tempest , station wagon with a 326 , 2 barrel , & a 2 spd. power glide trans . It would smoke the tires off of the car . The front was the same as a GTO of that year .

@@Micheal-t6s do you know if the l88 cast on the back of the block means it's a L88 427 from what I'm reading that was cast on the l88 but this isn't a 4 bolt main. Then in the bell housing area where it's cast high performance pass it has an F4 which is supposed to mean it's a high performance 454
@@Kenmillard Let me do some digging. Might take a bit. A guy hit the power poll in front of my house at 2am and I still have wires hanging off my house. Mostly cable and guide wires. I will dig into it though.

It's a good one for sure ! Looked like 10R21541 or 341 . Hard to say , when they fade that way . A fresh 1970 454 BBC is nothing to sneeze at .

Late 70, 454 LS5 360 hp (originally). For an early 71 car. Chevelle, Elcamino, Monte Carlo. Heads are oval port which came on that motor type.
