I now own this helmet. I just wish I could clone it. It's very light, very quiet, great sound I have a Goldwing and installed the NCom system. I bought the white to be more visable to others and it is cooler in hot summer. Very versitile, easy to clean, easy to configure, has a wratch chin strap, has very good perifial vision as the shield goes way back. The new vent system is awesome, I just love this helmet. It truly is state of the art.
I have n103 for exactly two years right now! Love it so much and still look almost new, I am babying it.... now looking at this n43, would be perfect for Texas weather and long distance trips in warm weather with tall windshield.... I am gonna get one if it fits me good, oh a store is calling me!
@wbwvids Thanks for the response. I was thinking of avoiding the American version because you guys made it a point to say it was NOT the helmet of the hear, leading to me to believe it was not as nice as the Euro-Air helmet.
As well as passing the safety standard - evidence suggests that whilst full-face helmets reduce facial injuries, they increase neck injuries. So you may still have a pretty face, but the rest of your body might be a bit still. Maybe a not-so-solid chin bar might be a good compromise.
@moehio There is a U.S. version. I don't really have any recommendations for purchasing outside the U.S. and the shipping charges, customs fees and exchange rate are outrageous. There are plenty of good helmets for sale in the U.S., it probably does not make economic sense to import one of these.
amazing design. but a user bought it from Amazon and I read his review on this. he said the side t-shaped screw fell off after long time of use. is this possible?

The sun visor doesn't come anywhere near where it should and its edge might be right in front of your eyes line, very annoying, I know all heads are different but Don't you even think of buying this without trying it first.
from my understanding, and even one of you other videos, these tests don't focus on the chin bar. just the top of the helmet. sorry but i agree with basedrop. I wouldn't feel confident in the chin bar on this helmet.

is it water resistant? do the vents keep the water out or will it leek?

Ah, good question! Don't know. I doubt it though - I can't think of a single helmet that's waterproof.
It meets the ECE 22.05 standard, hardly a "relaxed safety standard".
