The Newlyn School of artists flourished at the beginning of the 20th Century and the film focuses on the wild and bohemian Lamorna Group, which included Alfred Munnings and Laura and Harold Knight. The incendiary anti-Modernist Munnings, now regarded as one of Britain's most sought-after artists, is at the centre of the complex love triangle, involving aspiring artist Florence Carter-Wood and Gilbert Evans, the land agent in charge of the Lamorna Valley estate. True - and deeply moving - the story is played out against the timeless beauty of the Cornish coast, in the approaching shadow of The Great War.

Sorry wow I can't believe I made that serious error. Let me rephrase: Edwardian and Georgian V period. But yes, he's fitting for Victorian period too, even up to the Georgian regency era before that because he played brilliantly in Sense and Sensibility

Everything about her seems so English. I always have to double check to see if she's really an Aussie. Correct me if I'm wrong, Brits, but her English accent is flawless... and those pouty lips tho! Mmmmmmm.
Yes she's really Australian. We are very good at putting on English accents lol
+Lacey Ann but what people do for a British accent is talk with a posh voice and pronounce there letters carefully. But we don't all talk like that.
