Each lifeboat had to have a crew member on it to take care of the passengers and instruct the passengers how to row the lifeboats, and each and every single one of those crewmen who manned a lifeboat got disowned by their own families for surviving.
Also, White Star Line only considered a ship, a "ship" if it was afloat and in working order.
The instant the ship hit that iceberg, it was no longer considered a ship, but was considered wreckage...
White Star Line looked into the time the ship was struck, and then adjusted the payroll accordingly.
Meaning for the entire time the ship was sinking, those crew that survived didn't get paid. Their payroll covered only work aboard a ship, not wreckage.
So they did their duty, saved passengers, manned lifeboats... and got no wages and were disowned by family.

As an Irish man ...there was chineese restaurants there when I grew up in the 80s before when it was only irish people and indian doctors .. did they leave from cork do theese guys get credit for maybe bring chineese food across the world to places like Ireland when there was nothing back then . .I need the back story did they leave from belfast or Southampton or cork ..what the fuck where they doing there

I don't mind people being liberal or leftist. And I love the show. I mind people being liberal, leftist, pretentious about it and actually having no clue about politics, or the earth in general, like Bobby. In Poland we call them "Lemmings". It's hard to be a fan of Trump, but to see what they apparently saw in that innocent video... someone else must be thinking for you.
