Together Philippines, Venezuela, India have higher GDP per capita than China but are now far behind. India's biggest problem is believing that voting equals democracy!

Wow China is so advanced country. What a wonderful high speed train they built .
The ceiling was lower because you were at the Arrivals hall, not because Chengdu station is old. Chinese high speed train stations ususally have 3 levels, Waiting Hall, Platforms, and Arrivals. Arrivals hall is the ground level and that's why its ceiling is not as high as that of the Waiting Hall.

But when I was in New Delhi for exhibition at the Exhibition Centre Pragati Madan before Covid-19. An Indian that I have met in one of the Indian exhibition booths and he told me this when we were discussing and comparing Indian and Chinese products. I was surprised he said "The Chinese they are learning very fast from us India. In the next 20 years times they will sure be catching up with us" I just smiles and said sure. India is already a global superpower and China is still a poor developing country. He seen so happy with my replied.

Strictly speaking, USA does not have a high speed rail yet since it does not have any train carrying passengers that travel at least 200km/h and can cruise up to 350km/h for the entire length. USA's Acela at its fastest go up to 240km/h but this is only over a short stretch of its entire length I believe. Most high speed trains in Europe and Asia are already travelling in excess of 250km/h these days. I think there's a bullet train from Urumqi, built quite a few years ago.

Wrong to say XJ is not connected to HSR network. It is and is connected to the city you were staying, Urumqi.
In fact, there are a few HSR scheduled service between Urumqi & Xi'an.

Airlines often cancel flights due to bad weather in China. But, trains continues to run. That is the beauty when travelling on HSR. Soon, this HSR will be extended to Bangkok. Then, by the next decade, it will extend to Malaysia and Singapore if both governments welcome this HSR to be built.

Chinese airline often delay, two major reasons are; there are many no flight zones so commercial fly routes are actually limited so these routes have traffic jam due to the large number of flights and a few central hubs have weather condition e.g., Nanjing airport often gets heavy fog which grounds flights and impacts the entire region. HSR has no such issue thus on time.

I'm an Indian and can't believe how similar Pakistani people are to us. Your accent and way of speaking is same. You literally stole my words so many times. When you were comparing china with Pakistan by saying Chinese train stations look like airports, our trains are always late etc I literally felt you were talking about India. Even in your other train video I felt that our fastest trains run at 130kmph(though their limit is 180) while they label their 150kmph trains as "Slow trains". China has gotten way ahead of us all. Really impressive.
Now I've realised that the western propaganda is wrong. You hear so much about the problems in China nowadays that their real estate market is collapsing, their economy is fake, their buildings are falling due to poor quality, their trains are crashing, people are scared and unhappy etc. Even I used to feel comforted by those thoughts. But now I've realised all those things are just said to brainwash people. They cannot accept how an Asian country that was poorer and backward than them managed to beat them in technology, infrastructure, economy, etc. I am realizing that even when India achieves something, they make such comments on us.
Anyways, turns out they all are wrong and we have to work very hard to reach the level of china. China is a really inspirational example for us. They have managed their large population so well. It is difficult to think that once India and China were at the same level. We had almost same population and so much poverty. Unfortunately, in the period they were busy developing, for almost 60 years we were stuck with a party with not as strong vision.
Every Chinese leader, whatever he does, he does for China. I've never been to china but by this video China literally seems more developed than Europe and USA combined. However, it's really unfortunate that china is so greedy and tries to capture our(and every country's) land. I really hope China could have had good relations with us. Considering they also had a similar past.
