Great video and thanks for taking us along for the ride! You have the most undiscovered channel on UA-cam. Unique, interesting content, great editing and lively narration. Kudos.
Hi Mark! I really appreciate your comments! Truly. Thanks for watching and hopefully I can keep bringing you some fun and interesting content! Riding out hurricane Lee at the moment and hoping our boat survives!
Looked like a great sail. If you are going to keep making videos on the boat, you might want to invest in some mics that can dampen the wind noise -- you would have been better off a couple of times if you had done a voice-over. I'd really like to see the rest of the boat one of these episodes! I couldn't help but notice when you were up in the bow and filming -- those sails look pretty crisp and bright, are they new?
I know, I know…any suggestions? Basically using a GoPro 9 and my iPhone. The iPhone is terrible with the wind noise. I’d appreciate any insights! The headsail was new last summer and the main sail was new in 2019 and came with the boat. Still crisp! Some earlier episodes show the interior but some future episodes will show more. I appreciate your feedback!
I am becoming a fan of the 38-foot Morgans. Thanks for sharing your 382 experiences in Maine. Champagne sailing. Maine heavy weather sailing seems not what we see with Eric Aaderaa on NBJS, but is nice.
They are very sweet boats, and very forgiving. Really easy to sail and single hand. Don’t be fooled! We get some nasty conditions up here…but we try to avoid those days! Thanks for watching and if you have any additional Morgan questions, happy to answer them!
We’re just regular real estate appraisers who happen to live by the ocean where there are a lot of islands. We are lucky enough to get to appraise one every now and then. Most often we appraise houses on islands that have small populations, like 50 - 500 residents. Sometimes we get to appraise entire islands! Thanks for watching!
A lot! Depending on size and whether or not it has a house on it will set you back anywhere from $365,000 (there’s a NYT article this one), to millions… Thanks for watching!

😳How does someone become an island appraiser?

So… what’s an island sell for nowadays?
