The best Rock Town is the column still collection Single Barrel Cask Strength. Matt at ADHD Whiskey gave it a 96. It’s fantastic.
Dan, you just haven't had brussel sprouts done properly. Oven roasted with Olive oil and salt until a bit black on the edges, served with balsamic reduction either drizzled on top or as a dipping sauce. Man are they good!! Making me want some right now. Maybe a bourbon reduction sauce would be even better?

You guys need to come to Clarksville, TN! We have the state line whiskey tour of three craft distilleries and there are 2 newer ones here now so a total of five distilleries in/near Clarksville! Casey Jones Distillery, MB Roland distillery, Old Glory distillery, 3 rifles and Leatherwood distilleries

Something that might be helpful (in my experience with these Blind Barrel kits)… the proof starts low and ends high as you move A-D.😉
@Dan - try the salt and vinegar Brussels at Jack rose when your there next. Change your whole perspective on them.

I have to agree with Dan on the age…they listed 2-6 years, meaning the age statement would be 2 years (lowest aged whiskey). Therefore, Dan’s guess of 3 would get the point.
Do you have a video where you go over your backstory and how you met and got into whiskey? If not, can you do that on the pod soon?

You have to count the youngest whiskey in the blend as the age (regardless of range), so for the first one the age statement would be 2 years.
