Ubud is a beautiful place to travel with kids. It has everything from nature to food, to culture, and the people are very nice.

We had the Umah Bali Villa in Ubud, but there are many nice options there also. We loved our villa. Hope it helps.

How did you not see the elephant abuse? In this video of yours it shows them hitting the elephants on the head with the bull hook then using some fabric to cover up the scars. Riding elephants is animal abuse. This is not an elephant rescue centre they were being abused in front of you and you are promoting it. Rewatch and you will see. This made me feel sick.
I understand where you're coming from. I even asked them about it when we were there. But in actuality, when we were there, we realized how dedicated they are to taking care of the animals. Each trainer is with an elephant for 15+ years. They even travel with their elephants. Once you're there you'll realize it. In the wild the elephants get poached and killed, so this acts as a refuge for them. You have a right to your thoughts, but we thoroughly enjoyed seeing them and our children built a love of elephants.
