Bonus tips: 1. If you don't like the location of the mission spawn (Paleto Bay) OR you accidentally kill the target, it's ok to just pause and start a new invite only session. There is no cooldown so you can go right back to the computer and try again. 2. Don't drive the van to the location. Use aircraft. It'll come back to you automatically for the return trip. 3. In the CCTV missions, you don't have to hack the antennas. If you fly around the general areas where the bounty will be, the target will pop up on your radar and you can just go capture him.
Guys you dont need to drive the van long distances, get a chopper or whatever is easy. Then the van will appear when you capture the bounty for the animation of putting them in the back.
They need a BD Van for completing the mission unless you ride a Heli, the notification mission will still appear on the bottom center below it and it will say “Get back in the Van” thingy.
For those trying to lose the cops quicker on the robbery mission type, spawn your service vehicle like your terrobyte and enter to lose them instantly. It's a big time saver.
Fun Fact: The character model of Lil Prince is the same person who first appeared in the GTA V reveal trailer, where he was running away from a bunch of cops. Also, at that time, many people thought that person was CJ.
I found that if have the 3 regular bounties available but not the ones u need if u close app and log out of your profile wait a few seconds and log back in and go online ull have 3 different bounties. Keep doing it til get the ones u need

Does anyone know how to unlock the tier 4 challenge "Secure all bounty targets alive" I have 23/24. Edit I need Hunter Duggan. I have never gotten him before. I have no idea how to get him. I keep getting the same targets.
Variety? Nah they are very few and it's a joke that they are separated by NPCs , all the arcade ones are duggans , all the cctv are black men and all the robberies are Chinese. Like yeah wow.. wonderful variety

The Tier 4 Challenge 1.000.000 with the Safe will take the longest even if I have already 300.000 via Safe.
