Industry plant is someone who gets pushed by labels to be on the front pages, insane ad monetisation and all that. So him being rich wouldn’t have anything with being an industry plant unless his dad was literally paying labels to push his music, which as far as I know didn’t happen.

Big fan of Mabu. I tried to ignore him for months but finally caved on Rich Scholar and it’s been enjoyable scrolling thru his music catalog. This is probably my least favorite song I’ve heard from him. It didn’t do much for me. He needs to abandon ‘freestyles’ where he’s clearly not comfortable and stick with the high quality videos and production where his charisma and energy shines.
