You know, it takes two seconds to give your wine a swirl in the glass and bring it to your nose before taking a sip. It really doesn’t take much energy. But the result is very nice, those aromas are beautiful and help accentuate the flavors even. And they’ll be present in your mind whenever you lift the glass to your nose. So take the two seconds😉
Absolutely not! This is how the professional tasters who has to go through hundreds of wines a day usually do. I don’t know why this guy is making it seem like its the proper form for a bottle of wine.
It actually is. You don’t have to be a professional but when your tasting wine you are supposed to spit it out if you are trying other wines. When you swallow the wine there is something in it that lays down your tastebuds and domes not let you taste the rest properly
Lets not be condescending though! We want people to drink and try more wine, and that won't happen if people are wine snobs! For the person who asked: If you're tasting a lot of wine and don't want to be drunk/impaired you spit it out in between tasting. @@suavekay940
those who asking why he spit he is tasting not drinking
I only tell people I do that so I can keep buying 2 bottles a day from the same place. lol
He's not tasting, he's wasting
Just fucking drink it
I can't taste anything very good unless I swallow it

Me too. I like buzz more than the taste.

@@tyrieger But that's on your tongue. I don't think swallowing it would change that very much.
@@tyrieger One of the stupidest takes I've ever read. Has absolutely zero biological/scientific backing to it.
I think it’s so they don’t get drunk after tasting hundreds of wines each day
Lol who the hell spits out perfectly good wine
