My Mom took us to Coney Island Hot Stand down in Denver when we were youngsters. Then when we were young adults we would drive up to Conifer and go there, grab a hot dog & Shake, sit outside and watch the cars drive by on I-285, looking south east. Now when we go to the Sasquatch Outpost, we drive down the road about 1 1/2 miles to Coney Island and have hot dog and a shake for old times sake. Nice place to go.
I vacation in Colorado every year ! Beautiful state with friendly people. But the food is not so good. Very over priced! I can understand not so good seafood, but worse yet is the chicken! 😢 No wonder the people are not fat !😮
Downtown Bailey is the lowest spot in the 80421zip code. Maybe 1100 people live in the downtown area but the average elevation in the Bailey zip code is above 8,600 feet. The news in Denver gets our weather wrong most of the time. The news will say it is 70 degrees in Bailey when it is in the low 60's or upper 50's. I have yet to have a 90 degree day at my home in Bailey. I have been here 12 years and even though I am only at 8400 elevation zero 90 degree days.
Cool that you introduce this to the world… But you are for real ruining a way of life for folks who already live here. Please be more considerate. Please stop.

Y'all, my parents bought a 900 sq ft home with 2 acres built IN THE LATE 1800'S for under 100k.
They sold for 500k in 2021.
