Awesome drive, shows you don’t need to drive like a tool and damage tracks , slow and steady always…
100%
A great video. You’ve shown that you don’t have to be a hero and send it to get through. They were exciting times at Nolan’s. After we helped out at Nolan’s. We helped the guy who floated before you. We got his car started and he ended up getting to the tip and completing their trip. He was lucky.
Well done for helping 👍
Good on ya for hanging out to help others!
He had a snorkel is it just snorkel failure ??
@@johngiannakos4873 no it stalled and he was lucky there was no water in the motor. Just wet electronics.
I hope you get some free stuff from sponsors who watch this.
Lol 7:30 in..... "Is this kid for real" been waiting for that part for so long, he was hilarious perfect timing. "Nolans Brook Mate" that's what I'd call nerve-racking, great series have really enjoyed watching you guys.
Cheers mate, glad you enjoyed it!
Proud dad moment when he pranked you 😂😂😂. I laughed so hard
Your so right about taking it easy through those crossings
I spent a couple of days camped at Nolans and everyone that gunned it got stuck
Great series mate👍
Thanks mate!
Well done on the Nolans crossing. You prepped for the crossing the right way and this is where so many go wrong they don't prep for the crossing.
Thanks mate 👌
The last 60 seconds was the best 🤣
What a great experience for your son, Tyler. He is a larrikin. Great bonding.
Cheers mate
Like what you do👍From Namibia
Famous last words aye... my wife and I did the checking, spent some time, didn't see any signs of crocs... we dipped in the water, start swimming and right between her an I, the whole thing was just swimming casually... we got out of there reeaaaaaaal fast! loool still here to tell the tale so all good :D cheers for the video! amazing, this was my dream but I don't have the balls for it! Happy to live it vicariously!
Thanks mate!
Lil tip for us all, use dielectric grease to waterproof ALL plugs, fuse box, alternator, sensors and u can literally run the ute with water over the roof
awesome Tyler, top trip, at 7-30 STOP! love it
Very refreshing to watch a vid of the Tele Track that isn’t all ‘send it! Crack a cold one! Soot gets the moot, bogan-a-thon’. Raising a respectful and educated 4x4’er too - Keep filming guys 👏
Thank you!
Best Video yet Tyler, a very easy watch filled with lots of good tips through out. Enjoyed your sons review of magnetic stubby holder and your out takes at the end are always good.
Thank you!
50k people watched this and only 2.4k hit the 👍 button... Come on guys smash the like, this trip was absolutely epic!
Impressive no water ingress in cabin👍👍🇬🇧
It was nice meeting u on the beach to the tip
Hey mate, I havnt been in a good headspace lately and watching your vids & your wholesome camping trips with your boy gives me nostalgia of camping trips with my old man and gives me hope for the future to do this with my boy one day. Thanks for the great content, keep it up! Hope I see you out on the trails one day 🤙🏼
Cheers mate, glad the videos have made that little bit of difference. All the best!
Good to see you observe the rules for successful Nolan's crossing. Low tyres, slow pace, tow strap and tow vehicle attached. Also left plenty of time for bottom to settle since previous vehicle.
@Nick Austin Good tips for us all mate. Another one is you can tie up the fan so it doesn't spin. That's for the clutch type fans.
@Nick Austin Cooling fan flexing and trashing radiators mainly a Toyota problem. We saw a 10 foot high pile of Toyota radiators in Weipa, and that was only a few weeks into the season in 2016. No Patrol radiators. Tarp is a good idea if you have one.
Thank you. The time and effort you pair put into this for our viewing pleasure is much appreciated… Well done guys.
Thanks mate!
Great info re the crossings and technique. Thanks again
Absolutely fantastic Tyler, you're a legend mate. I love watching your channel mate, keeping it real, no BS and the Father and Son adventure is so heart warming. Good on you both.
Thanks mate, appreciate it!
Good video guys. It went quick as usual, thanks.
Brilliant work mate. Great stuff
Your son is a real treasure - you should be really proud of him! Great film making as always!
Thank you!
New t-shirt idea…..cartoon character of Ky with him saying “this is a bad idea” lol or “who’s idea is this, yours”
That could be good 😁
Another fantastic video guys.
Highlights are.
“STOP”
Echo holder review
Nolan’s crossing.
Tylor, someday when you and Malakai look back at this video, these father and son moments are irreplaceable. Love the vid, please keep making them.
Definitely mate! Cheers
Great drone shot
Great drive mate go the Navara.
Great content champ keep up the great work
my wife and i did it solo in 2019 the water crossing were up to the wipers as you nosed into every crossing , we crossed nolans un assisted tyres at 15 psi important part is no big splash as you enter ,just cruise it light vehicles float ,so many people who drowned in the day i spent there were vehicles who set up camp further up and came back to nolans with an empty light car most of those didnt do the ott they just drove the pdr and just drove to nolans to have a go
best stubby holder review ever! :D:D
Thanks for a great trip Tyler, love it that it's you and the kid, those memories last a lifetime.
Thank you!
I personally rate that one as one of your best yet Tyler! Certainly shows your years of 4x4 experience, and the scenery was epic!
Thanks mate!
Really enjoyed that, thanks
Can’t believe it’s been over 7 years since we hit the tip (06/14). Another great series Tyler.
I have flooded my R50 Pathfinder Series 2 before not at Nolans and I can tell you the emotions you go thought and the fear of losing your pride and joy is horrible but I was lucky and that same 4WD is still kicking today no damage go the unkillable VG33E engine.
Really enjoyed the video. Especially Nolan's. Some cars make it look easy but other's seem to struggle. It was good to know your psi going through Nolan's
Cheers mate
Just brilliant thx the anger from lockdown has noticeably eased
Like a mechanic at Seisia Motors once said, "cars are for roads/tracks, boats are for water"...
I had white knuckles watching you cross that bridge.
Your kid trolling you over that bridge was hilarious. 😂 he’s learned it somewhere…
Another great video. Thanks mate.👍👍
Thanks 👍
Loving the series so far, cheers for the young fella stopping your heart on the stick bridge, good laugh. Good advice and observations.
Thanks mate!
awesome series Tyler, well filmed

Cheers mate!
hahahaha little man is the funniest sits there and tells you that its not a good idea your doomed if you do it and you cant do and he cant guide you then BOOM yells stop half way through your but clinching trip accross the bridge crapping ya self bloody gold pissed myself laughing well played little man
Amazing trip bro
Great video Tyler. I’ve crossed a couple deep crossings myself, and I know how stressful they are.
You make it look easy.
Thanks 👍 yep they definitely can be!

Good on you boy's thanks for making such a good show.
I'm enjoying this new view on Cape York Tyler its not all wheel lifts and gunshot there is so much history in these parts!
Thanks mate!
Good job 👍 mate
Great Stuff!
Well driven Tyler! Installed me with more confidence to tackle it hopefully next year after Covid killed my trip this year. Good tips on the tyres
For Nolan’s and Lo the other tacked. Good honest and down to earth content on the track. Keep it coming mate.
Love you got to share it with your son too. He’ll remember those times forever.
We like our falkens as well. I need new ones and I'll probably stick with the wildpeak m/t. Great video
Nice work,
Excellent video. Excellent filming. Excellent music. Love the beard. Nothing can stop the mighty Nav. Loved Kai reviewing the magnetic can holder. Excellent tips for everyone attempting the tele track. Keep up the great work. 👍👍👍
Much appreciated!
MAAAATE! My anxiety when Kai pranks you on Cypress creek log bridge hahaha
Great video mate, looks awesome.
Haha thanks mate!
Been following for awhile and can definitely say your confidence and ability has grown heaps, I tip my hat to you sir, keep up the great work! 😊🤙
Cheers!
Been watching your vids for a long time. Love them all, especially this series. The Nav just eats the obstacles up. That suspension set-up you have seems to be the go,combined with the low tyre pressure. Well done 👍
Thanks mate! Yep goes pretty off road
Great episode, you made it look very easy ! Well done on Nolans and driving out of there.
Saw you on the track -followed you while on the northern Telly. Great filming! I'm even in a few seconds of video. The Pajero at 13mins. We had to let it dry for a few hours and it was fine after that.
Glad you made it mate!
Nice work, Nav made it all look easy👌
"STOP" , still laughing . Another great video.
By the way the old tele. track started at Musgrave so up untill late 89 the track started to become bitumen & bypass creeks by building floodways, eg a bridge over the wenlock river. After nolans you should have continue north to the old crossing at the Jardine river where the one vehicle barge was used.
Great video
Nolan's Brook, well done, bloody perfect driving. I cringe when I see people drop in at speed and they wonder why their engines blow up
Soo good!! Great commentary and lots of fun. Well done!
another Fantastic Video Mate ... i was starting to think you'd be needing air tanks and goggles to go with your Snorkel LOL ... great flick ... well worth watching
Haha thanks mate!
Epic mate. Trip of a lifetime.

Watching your vid's, and especially this Cape York series, is helping keep me sane during this crazy Sydney LGA (of concern) lockdown madness!! Kai is a pretty Kool Kid! That wooden stump bridge was insane, but you both nailed it...
Thanks for sharing.
Cheers
Shaz
