Man that's smart to think far enough ahead to not cut the curve so you can clamp, I'd have cut it and went hmm now what am I going to do 😅

Hello TCD A little Carpenter's Tip when removing Big nails put a Piece of 2 x1 put it under the Head of the hammer where the handle comes through the had.
It,ll work for most nails if it doesn,t work on certain nails put bigger piece underneath.
P,s if you have rusty nails sticking out hit them in a bit before trying to remove them.Good Luck.

Awesome job! We have the same table saw and dowel jig! When you are ready for another jig definitely look at the Jessem one, even quicker and more accurate!

Thank you, and how cool! I just checked out that brand and oh man, some of their jigs look intense or something a doctor would use on their patients 😂 Makes me want to buy it now!

I purchased them at Ace Hardware! I actually purchased individual ones that they had in their cubbies because it was smaller than their prepackaged ones. But I’ll add a link in the description to their prepackaged ones!

Min 14:37 just an advise. Never ever ever hold your wood piece like that. Always think where the router goes if it jump for any reason. In your position it would hit your right arm

Thank you for sharing your concern! I just looked back at it and I can see what you mean. When I was routing the curved part, I should have clamped it in place since all the pieces were connected.

Lol, my s/o said that if the buyer had children, the sculpture might scare them at night because it looks like a creature with long legs. So “pretty strange” is a good way to describe it! 😂
