I just did these on the BBQ, they are so nice when you cook em slow, I added a little extra seasoning while I was cooking them, little bit of extra salt and pepper, I added a little garlic and herb seasoning, and while I was cooking em, I brushed em down with a little Dark Soy, worked REALLY well! I highly recommend it! I imagine there's a lot of other ways you can enjoy em as well!

Steve that’s a Chinese flavoured sausage patty,we have sausage Pattie’s here,and of cause it’s good,it’s sausage,and that one is mainly meat.Do you have the Chinese chili crisp over there,as I think that would go well with it,how about bao buns,and hoisin sauce,that sounds good to me.

I've just googled Chinese chilli crisp, it's not something I'm familiar with but it looks interesting and yes, Hoisin sauce would be great with these, I must get some.
