I never thought of using stencils and an art journal for doodling. I love the white ink on the black. I can’t wait to try it! Thank you!

Lol I read all the comments to see if anyone said anything, thank you, I know I'm not nuts. I kept thinking she did it for a reason. And I didn't want to say anything because she would just give me a straw. (You know suck it up and get over your self) and it does make an interesting focal point. I loved this video. I have recently started a black and white journal and now I will be incorporating your cut out version, I wouldn't have thought of that. For me I would listen to music while I'm doodling, something else I have not tried before. It was very interesting hearing you talk about engaging both sides of the brain. Thank you for explaining how to create with your products. It means a lot to me in my efforts to learn art journaling. Explaining why you designed the large and small stencils for creating in different spaces made sense. Explaining the different uses for all your products help me understand what items I need for my creations. Thank you again.

cutting your pages was very nice, I never had Dylusions pens or paints. On my wish list . looks so nice with the stencil and cutting them out.

Thank you for sharing your art with us. I love your products so much. I often doodle in meetings and/or classes and I think some see it as rude even though it actually keeps me plugged in and focused. My brain would be all over the place. Thanks again for your tips and amazing products.
Right now I know what I am going to use my black journal for and another use for my stencils. Am thinking I may even add some colour with my Derwent metallic pencils I got for Christmas. So much inspiration and good practice to get my line work flowing which can be difficult with a shaking hand. I too have rapid cycling bipolar and anxiety with panic attacks. Thank you so much. LOL... The majority of people have mental health issues but those really heavy cases who are convinced they have none are the most problematic ones. Oh my goodness, I absolutely LOVE THIS!!❤ I use to love to doodle growing up and somewhere lost the art of just letting my brain and emotions rest and create. I am definitely trying this. Thank you for demonstrating in detail. I have a child with high functioning special needs and he loves to draw. He's very good at it. He may enjoy this as well. God bless you! I used to draw very complicated mazes, otherwise I doodle similar things all the time- flowers, a bunny, and Snoopy!- but I really love this and have to try something like this. Thank you, amazing Dyan!

Hi Elise! The design sizes vary depending on the stencil size. The small stencils have small designs for journals, Dyary pages, and cards and the large stencils have larger designs for large art journals and scrapbook layouts. You can find all of Dyan's stencils here:
