The cellular data toggle switches for certain apps keep turning off after I jus turn them on. Ok so i had this problem, what i did to fix it was fixing the Date and Time setting. My Date and Time settings were set to 1989 for some reason then i updated it to current time and everything worked out.

If they don’t work turn on airplane mode then force turn off ur phone and then hit gently were the sim card is and just wait for 5 minutes and turn it on then go to data and turn off airplane mode and then u turn on the data
Toggling off 4G and lapsing back to a 3G network connection just fixed this problem on my wife's phone. ( In Settings under Mobile Data/Mobile Data Options - just above the Mobile Roaming toggle).
I updated my UA-cam app yesterday, and now any app, for which I did NOT have cellular data turned on prior to this single update, (example: photos, Prime Video, Hulu, Reddit, Facebook, Messenger, App Store, iTunes, iBooks, {by now I’m hoping you get the picture that I do literally mean EVERY APP on my phone, except UA-cam and Safari}) will allow me to toggle each individual apps’ “Cell Data” switch, however the phone seems to be switching “Cell Data” to off immediately after I leave that window to attempt to access said app. I have tried everything except a factory reset. ANYONE ever heard of this and, if so, what are my options?? I wouldn’t normally care this much about any phone, but my sons birth pictures, birthday pics and vids are on it and it’s not even allowing me to transfer them to my laptop. Really weird.
