If the reset network did not work try turning it off and as you turn it back on tap the phone’s back near the apple logo on a cushioned surface several times. Works well in my case. Try it!
Get the phone checked out by repair shop because it has issue and what if you had an emergency and needed to call someone with no service and had to go trough all those steps.

I’ve just updated my iPhone 6s Plus today 10/4/21 to iOS 15 and my T-Mobile phone signal didn’t want to work so I just restarted the network settings and now phone has signal thanks.

I have no issue with Jio network but on Airtel and Vi. In Jio, signal comes in as soon as the SIM is inserted. In Airtel and Vi, it shows no service when SIM is inserted then after 3 or 4 minutes it gets registered. It takes that amount of time every time SIM is removed and reinserted or when I switch Airplane mode On and Off. Have tried network reset several times and have updated to 3 of latest version of the software Over The Air (OTA) nothing worked though. Should I do a restore?

In your case you could just re-select Carrier and reboot your phone. There is no purpose in endless resetting Network settings.
