I'd say let's leave them alone for now to work out what they want to do moving forward. Let's not pressure them to a new album + tour. They will let us know. Going by the parameters given by Joey, an album has say, 15 songs and takes maybe 3-5 days each to write so maybe maximum 75 days. Plus, if they want to go on a tour, that itself will take maximum 6 months to prepare given that this will be their comeback tour so they need to get the choreography/production team going and plus decide on how many cities/countries they are willing to do. So easily about 9 months of preparation total. Right now, I am just happy that they've released a new song (especially to hear JC's voice again) and it's going to be on my girl's favourite movie series no less. So I am thrilled to share this moment with her.
They are actively telling fans to blow up the new song and use their platforms to repost fans dancing or anything about better place and *NSYNC… they can discuss anything about tours even if they wanted to but they have said it’s in the fans hands. From a business perspective, I don’t see in any world where a record label company would sign off to let them go their separate ways indefinitely. I can see a break but those labels don’t play. They know *NSYNC is way too big to let them go without a reunion. That’s my personal opinion. I heard Chris say they were allowed to say they went on a hiatus which tells a lot.

Justin even decided for the group that they are never legally bound to a contract. I think if the label wanted more cds out of them they could've made the four of them continue on.

I know that we're all happy about Better Place being released but if the guys wanna go on tour, i want them to be HAPPY going on tour. I don't think we want the guys miserable being on stage just because WE want them there. Like Joey said, let it happen when it happens. I know we've been waiting for over 2 decades, but lets remember they are human just like us. They have kids to take care of and spouses to spend time with. We see so many examples on how being famous isn't easy. Lets just take one day at a time at this point.
Something else to remember is that Timbaland confirmed in an interview earlier this year that Justin's new album is complete. They finished recording it and it's on Justin when he plans to promote and release it. That being said, an NSYNC reunion album/tour isn't in his best interest financially based on his recent investment. It's important to get music out shortly after creating it while the subject matter is still fresh and you as the creator are still passionate about it. I don't think we see anything NSYNC related until after Justin has released his album and completed his tour run. While he is on tour he could bring the guys out to do "Better Place" and keep the hype up for a reunion. I think we eventually get one, just not for another two or more years is my guess. If I had to bet, Justin drops his new album early 2024.

I firmly believe that Justin is leaning on *NSYNC's fame to promote the new Trolls movie because he's not allowed to promote it as an actor due to the actor's strike. I have no doubt in my mind about it.
@@IsyMaxine They recorded the song in March. That's 4 months before the strike. Justin didn't know he wouldn't be able to promote the movie at the time. I firmly believe he wanted to do this because it was time. Also, it fits with the plot of the movie.

I found it odd that the track was credited to *NSYNC and Justin Timberlake implying that it was a song by JT featuring *NSYNC, at least now I perceived it. I hope I'm wrong, it just seems a bit funky to me if I can be honest. This all being said, I'm glad that they did something together. Maybe it'll bring back enough memories that they'll feel passionate and driven enough to do more together again🙏
