Not trying to put them down and I love these guys. But the movements for bye bye bye they did takes no effort. I want to see them do the movements for it's going to be me or dirty pop possibly tearin up my heart

I love being able to hear their voices! The bass/baritone never get recognition but they rounded out the sound. Really shows how talented the whole band was.
I’m just saying Nsync definitely should’ve been having Joey leading on some of those Hits because HIS VOICE is good and lance deserved some verses or pre choruses

@@eliastahan2394 Yep! As far as 'Nsync goes, he has good solos on "I Thought She Knew" and "It's Christmas". "On The Line" is another good song he's featured in. He's been on Broadway as well as "The Masked Singer". Joey is a great talent. I wish he'd gotten more solos over the years in 'Nsync but what can you do? Good to see that he's still out here performing and doing what he loves.
Bass vocals in groups are extremely underrated.
But i wish Joey Lance and Chris had more times to really shine than "I thought she knew." (Or Chris having a solo in I drive myself crazy).
You need to listen to their discography. They had more solo parts than those two songs 😂

@@kiraplatinumNo. Darrin Henson choreographed "Bye, Bye, Bye". Not two faced Wade Robson (although I admit he has talent. Not a good perspn though). Darrin even had a famous DVD back in the early 00's where he teaches how to do the choreography for "Bye, Bye, Bye" and other music videos.

Because there’s a fixed position in the group and they are happy with what they do and they believe that’s what they are good at.
Joey had solo part in the song I thought she knew.
Chris actually explained it nicely in NSYNC’s “Hot Ones” episode last week. They never saw themselves as a group of five soloists. Their trademark is their five-part harmony, and each member has a specific role that they fill in creating that trademark harmony. You don’t have that depth in their harmony without Lance singing bass or Joey filling out that lower part of their sound.
Think of them like a basketball team:
* Justin and JC are your shooting guard and small forward. They take on a lot of the vocal load, much like your shooting guard and small forward tend to handle most of the offensive duties in a typical basketball game. (Justin is shooting guard, JC is small forward.)
* Chris is your point guard. His job is to be the specialist, often rounding out the higher harmonies for Justin and JC’s leads (although he tends to harmonize more with JC). Point guards are often involved in assists and creating offensive opportunities for their teammates.
* Joey is your power forward. To borrow a baseball position, Joey could be considered NSYNC’s “utility player”. He can switch between lead and lower harmonies pretty efficiently. The power forward is the second most important player defensively and also has some offensive versatility.
* And finally, Lance is your center. He doesn’t really take on lead vocals, but his bass is essential in creating depth in the group’s harmony and is essentially their “anchor”. The center is the most important defensive position in basketball, using their size to try and take away opportunities for the other team to shoot and score. They often are considered the anchor of a team’s defense, despite them notoriously lacking offensive prowess.
