It was great meeting you at the store Dan. The store is incredible. When I was walking around checking it out, I felt just like you do in these hunt videos. It was such a "Hey! I remember that! Oh, I had that!" feeling over and over again. I can't go down the rabbit hole of collecting lots of older stuff, but it was a blast reliving my childhood toy adventures in the store. I couldn't find the print I wanted to bring with me to gift you, so I'll have to mail it to you once I do.
I'd love to visit ED given the opportunity. I'm just happy to see a toy store like this seemingly doing enough business to help prop up a struggling shopping mall.

Hi Dan, what a nostalgic moment to see the giants. I live about 10 km. From the Mattel factory in northern Italy where they were produced, in Oleggio Castello. I had like a dozen of them as a kid. Not talking about the laser variants. To us kids living nearby the factory they were common more than the normal ones. Thinking about those prices now makes me chill, but in a good way! That store is overwhelming! Love it! Definitely reminds me of old school toy sections & stores. So much wants there lol love the all the rare stuff. I’d be drooling all over the giants lol And I have that tmnt issue with Guerrilla Gorilla/Sgt. Bananas. Looking forward to the super 7 one.(I prefer the Guerrilla look) Croc Master is a personal fave of mine

I got Megator from a closing-down shop here in the UK in 1990. Sold it, boxed and unopened (though the box was a bit damaged) in 2019 for £1800. I probably could have got more but I sold it 'collection only'.

Telling a flying character to bring a flying vehicle....good idea ha ha. I had the skeletor face backpack as a kid. The face was really hard. I'm amazed at this store and what it has from carded to loose. The 2 giants....it's too bad those weren't able to come stateside. I remember seeing the Talon Fighter model in stores but I wasn't into doing models at that point. I had both He-Man and Skeletor Halloween costumes as a kid. Seeing the Defiant Complex pisses me off ha ha. Now you just need Serpentor's filecard and air chariot blueprint. The Cobra Techno-Viper was my favorite Viper.

I got back to collecting MotU just few months ago, after I found about the Masterverse line, as that size and looks was more what I wanted on my shelf, as unfortunately I've slept through entire Classics line. :( Now, in my "explorations" I've learned about your book and simply had to have it, even if shipping from US was going to cost me almost as much as the book! Imo it was worth every penny and it is probably my favorite piece in my MotU collection and I really hope I'll have a chance to get you to sign it one day. :)

I miss you & toy store the way it used to be we were you are able to get any of them all we had to do was , wait or come back if it wasn't there. Now they've been the way of sneakers high-end boutique you have to know someone that knows someone even though the store there. And it's the same way with the retail stores you have to know someone, that will even put the figure you're looking for out which means your lot of times you have pay twice.
I´m curious: Did someone laugh when you said: "I´m He-Man with the communicator on my wrist..."? This store looks like it´s a funzone for every He-Man-fan.

Here in Singapore, that He-man boardgame was part of KFC promo way back in the 1980s; had a lot of cool times playing with my parents then:)
