Pete, i beat a ranked 16 Grandmaster yesterday on prog caps classic world and i was hyped after playing the best Diplomacy of my life. Was so happy given i had just returned from a 2 week break after someone went positive on my 180 capital
I've had two ppl collab against me all game and report them and the message I got back is they were monitored and didn't show a pattern lol meaning they didn't do it again while being watched not that they didn't collab in the game I was in. Not once did they attack each other and went out of their way to continuously gang up on me. I think the report system needs work for sure.
The idea that we need to report on our fellow players is part of the problem. We should have a system that prevents collab and protects players not one that encourages suspicion

I like the last game you did of this settings without fog. It's not ideal, but it at least reduces snipers advantage. Unfortunately it doesn't really stop the sue.
Streaming community is like a workforce without a union. You must expect that they consider involvement via other platforms (that work to increase their profits) something that is outside their jurisdiction. There has to be some way to obscure the lobby code before the match has begun. Or just start the stream when the lobby is one player from full. The sad truth is that SMG doesn’t feel that it is incumbent on them to resolve the issue. Shame on them

How would you change the ranking system if it were up to you? Make kills be worth Elo? I think the problem of matching based on Elo is that GMs struggle to find games
I think sp gains and losses should be slower the higher you get. Playing a noob should be worth almost nothing if you're a gm positively or negatively.
I'm not sure why you think orange is sniping. Red for sure very suspect, but I think orange just took advantage of the sitaution of you losing a bigger pocket of troops. I believe i would have done it as well to avoid the steam roll if he let you keep it. In the end he still gets steam rolled, but if he lets you hold that he is giving up to playing for 1st.

The way red and orange both miraculously suicide into the same player one after another… Also orange could have just taken reds cap for free and killed him but didn’t bother even though it was right next to him.

How did you know that as soon as red committed suicide it was stream snipe? I can see as soon as orange went into you how he was sniping and shouldn't have known that.
He mentioned in the video that he didn't take Scandi because he wanted orange to have vision in the pocket and see how big his cap was, as a deterrent from breaking Africa.
You are much better at risk than me, but you really gave the end game away. The way to win is to card block and you never tried it. He was in an easy position to cardblock too at the start of the 1v1
Can you tell me in any point of the game can he card block? Black generated 24 at 40:00 and it takes 4 point holds to card block. Other than a failed bluff, pete does not have cards on 4 there
He 100% could have won, hes won stuff like this before but I think he just wanted to have fun and liked the action of fighting idk. There were lots of ways to card block and reverse cardblock, maybe he would have had to foritfy a litle off his caps to make the blocks big enough but yeah, I mean he attacked and used like 40 troops a turn imagine if he played more defensive and tried to set up the block he would have had hundreds more troops to toy around with.@@minhluu7886

Instead of breaking Spain and running to the top he should have broke it and left a 25.. then he could have used a cap and left 25s on 4 borders when his opponent had 1 or 2 cards. There was at least once or twice when Pete traded in cards with his opponent having 1 or 2. The main point being he didn’t even start to set one up to even try. He had horrible luck being suicided and bad trades.. but the card block could have been attempted and would likely have worked
Don't enjoy Progressive at all. Add 1 troop per card exchange - NOT 5+. Have you noticed that players in 3 4 5 position usually win? Do the statistics like a matemtician or scientist. Thanks❤

I used to love playing caps, the last caps game i played i lost a 7 cap to a 6 stack turn one. Might as well play world dom if thats possible.
