I love the disconnected cut but I really hate the bangs look. I always ask my hairdresser to cut my bangs flat from cheek to cheek and only 1 cm above the base of the hair in the forehead. I don't know whether it suits with my face or not but I'm comfortable and confident with that style

Reminds me of a Toni&Guy cut! I just did a class with them and they launched their collections "The Venice Collection" and "The Desert Collection" and this cut look almost identical to one of the cuts from it. Super cool!

Very nice, and that color. but I didn't get to see the back or sides once finished.
That because we didn't cut the back or sides at all. That's the disconnection part.
I love disconnected long hair cuts ! You get so much texture and volume but you can still keep the length and make sure it's not too light

You leave the eyes covered up? No one wears their hair that way. Great cut though, but id do something more practical to the fringe.
That's the great thing about haircutting. You can do whatever you want. This is def. a more out of the box cut but you could shorten the bang doing the same technique.
