This is polymer Clay.
And we can add colours with different ways,
Some are:
1) Acrylic paints
2) Alcohol Inks
3) Mica powder
4) Shading with soft pastels before or after baking
5) Crayons (by crushing them)

You can use any glaze available in market like:
Fimo liquid
'Mod podge
Sculpey gloss glaze
You can also use Nail polish shiner if you. Don't have any of these.

Mix corn starch' and 'white glue'
Then add 1Tsp: cooking oil and 1Tsp vinegar then knead to form dough.
Apply some oil and then store in air tight bag
