Methylparaben and propylparaben are generally recognized as safe (GRAS) for use in food and supplements by regulatory bodies like the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Indian authorities at specific permitted levels
Some studies have raised concerns about potential hormonal effects of parabens at high doses. However, these studies often involved much higher concentrations than those typically used in food and supplements.
Some studies suggest parabens might mimic estrogen, a female sex hormone. This has raised concerns about potential hormonal disruptions... not good so better to avoid such products...

Triglycerides (TG):
Natural Form: TGs are the natural form in which omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) exist in fish.
Absorption: Our body can absorb TG omega-3s more efficiently compared to EE forms. Studies show a 40-48% higher absorption rate for TG.
Bioavailability: TG omega-3s are more readily available for our body to utilize and convert into beneficial forms.
Ethyl Esters (EE):
Man-Made Form and not natural
Absorption: Absorption of EE omega-3s is lower compared to TG.
Bioavailability: The body needs to convert EE omega-3s back into a usable form, which takes additional time and energy.
Cost: EE omega-3s are often cheaper to produce than TG
EE omega-3s might have a slightly longer shelf life compared to TG and so brands prefer to have EE form to keep their product on shelf for long time.... :)

In fish oil people usually checks what's told us to check like rancid, hravy metal testing but skip the minor parts. Company take advantages of this and put paraben to bump shelf life as people don't check it even They can put natural preservatives like rosemary extract or Vitamin-E etc... . Fssai and others approved since it's within limit.

Hello.. Not Recommended .. I strongly advise against breaking the fish oil capsule shell. The capsule shell protects the oil from exposure to air and light.
Preservatives ki jaroorat 100% padti hai. Otherwise any fish oil gets rancid in just couple of month which is super dangerous for consumption. Amway can't risk it, they are just hiding it from you.

Amway fish oil contains Vitamin E tocopherol whihc is a natural antioxidant commonly added to fish oil supplements. It helps prevent oxidation, which can cause the oil to turn rancid and potentially become harmful .. thanks

Amway has 150+120 mg of EPA/DHA but muscle nectar(single strength) has 1500mg of that. So why this much difference by amyway?

Hello You dont need triple strength .. In fact if you are beginner working out , you might not need fish oil . you can eat wallnuts , flax seeds , fish twice a week and get the required omega 3 .. thanks

Why is Amway rate is so high almost 1500 rs where as Wow comes in almost 600rs .
Wow ingredients list also looks clean and they have mentioned their fish source location as well, what's your opinion on it .
wow is in ethyl ester form conatins sorbitol.Amway is in triglyceride form,no sorbitol too.Amway has confirmed that their fishes come from Norway which is one of the purest region for fishing.Fishes here contain less contaminents like mercury,lead,arsenic in them than other regions of the world.

Hello, So the question should be how Wow is able to sell for almost half the price ? I think high quality fish oil comes at some price .. I'm not promoting Amway but I fell their quality of fish oil is good and ingredients is all clean .. No harm in trying out Wow or I will suggest , Neuherbs ,, but both are in Ethyl esters form.. Also do include Walnuts and seeds in your diet .. thanks

Well .. you know I cannot just reply in Yes or No :) .. so here I go - My understanding is that these flavors are created in a lab to be identical in chemical structure and taste to those found in nature.
I also know that regulatory bodies like the FDA (US) and FSSAI (India) consider them safe for consumption when used within recommended levels.
They are used because ... They can offer consistent taste and may be more affordable than natural flavors, which can be bit expensive but there are good clean brands in india which make use of natural flavours
So basically .. Like any food additive, safety depends on the amount consumed. They are considered safe when used within established usage limits.
I dont prefer any nature identical flavours also in anything that I consume .. so the decision ultimately depends on your personal preference. If natural flavors are important to you, but there's no need to completely avoid natural identical flavors based on safety concerns... but you never know . .some new study and research comes which might say its not good .. so I prefer to avoid when good clean options are available ..
