Thank you! Really like the format where you go micro into a specific city / area! Would be great if you could do the same for some of the higher priced houses with large lots. Even better Rathdrum / Athol area
Nice. Good content for sure. Visited a few times, summer, winter and fall, and I really love the area. Not into the north of 90 scene tho. I'm not too familiar with all the area so perhaps a little pop-up map would be helpful when you're showing each neighborhood. Hey, appreciate the information and I'll start going thru all the vidds
My husband wants to move us to PF or Hayden and I said no way. I notice you didn't mention being able to walk or ride your bike to downtown Coeur d'Alene... because you can't. I moved here from New York City. I want to be able to get around without the car sometimes especially since we share the car.
For sure, if you’re talking about being able to walk to restaurants coffee shops, stores etc, downtown CDA is going to fulfill that the best. There are some little areas in PF and Hayden that could technically do that as well, but their “downtown” areas are much smaller.
@@LivinginNorthIdaho Everywhere I've worked since I moved here, almost everyone I work with lives in PF (some WA state, too) and I'm unusually for living in actual CdA. It seems like there must be few jobs in PF that all the PF residents come to CdA to work.
