It's hard to go anywhere online without getting bombarded by Temu marketing at the moment. I took the bait and ordered some bits and pieces for the kitchen. I've never bought from Wish before, but I get the impression it's a very similar setup. Dirt cheap prices, but at what cost? I don't get into the ethics of the company and its prices, but I do test drive some of the products. The final verdict? I think if you need to set up a kitchen completely from scratch, and you're working with a limited budget and/or energy/time; it'll do, for now. Don't expect brilliant quality or longevity though!

Welcome to my kitchen (lab?)
My channel is you watching the results of my 2am thoughts of “I wonder what would happen if I put A with B?” The answers lean heavily towards cake, and my ongoing quest to find a good meat substitute. I’m a vegan that loves animal products, but hates what’s involved; so I’ve dived headfirst into a rabbit hole of different plant-based textures and flavours. These are often the 1st time that I’ve tried a recipe, and I’ll talk you through why I’m using the ingredients and what I think happened when things go wrong.
Grab a vessel of whatever makes you happy and enjoy, but be warned; it’s messy here sometimes!

- Since filming the video, I’ve used that silicone air fryer liner several times, and I have to say, it’s perfect for the job. Until now, I’ve been using foil for shop-bought burgers and sausages, because of the amount of fat and juice that get released. I allow it to cool, and then scrape into the bin, so that it doesn’t go down the drain and create blocks/fatbergs. Foil isn’t ideal though, because it dulls the non-stick coating on the basket over time
I love temu. there are days where my temu stuff arrives earlier than even my amazon stuff. i have never had things not work, except once, and it is one of those tech gadgets. but for basic every day items...it is the best.

Wow, I don't think I've ever seen so many Temu fails and I've ordered about 100 items from them. Thankfully, not any of these things, though. I love Temu products.
Temu kitchen gadgets are ok if you regularly shop at the dollar store and/or don't mind flimsy plastic. Temu has thousands of other items, such as sweaters and shoes, for example, that are not too cheaply made and are a good quality.

everything is made in china, 99% of your house is...there is no such thing as chinese plastic, it is just plastic
