This is one of my choices! Houses with spacious rooms and amenities, shade of white and woods are really my thing. Hope to have this kind of house soon!
Love that the staff room is a decent size. Hindi yung typical ga kahon na laki lang. Laki laki ng bahay tapos yung kwarto ng kasambahay parang kahon lang parang tulog lang talaga magagawa. Buti hindi ganoon dito.

Amazing massive estate in an exclusive subdivision, however not impressed with the floor layout design for a huge lot size. Rooms are huge but some bathrooms are cramp including the powder room. Not also approve of the parallel parking manner of cars and prefer perpendicular parking for easy maneuvering and not to bother other cars already parked.
@@krampus3289 people can buy a lot bigger that that in BF pque for lower value and they can build a house with 110M with nicer features and fixtures. imagine ayala is selling 200k per sqm lot.
Daming walang alam sa price ng ayala alabang na nagugulat sa presyo. This is actually a steal. Why? May 600sqm na bahay sa ayala alabang na abandoned na for how many years that was sold for 100M ish. Hows that for a pricey lot? You pay here is rhe exclusive subd which can be afford only by WEALTHY not rich but WEALTHY family. Dont worry about some details as they will hire an interior designer to update everything. Most likely they will spend 20M more just by updating some areas. And they will not complain about it. Why? Its an investment. They can sell the house after few years for 300M and it is still within the good price range. Again its for the wealthy folks
If you have that kind of money you will not worry about the kitchen. Crazy rich people will have an interior designer to update everything. All they need is the lot and space.
@@lkr5584 you don't get my point. For that price range, it should have already a decent kitchen to begin with. You can look at other houses in the US that has much lower price point than this home, but with complete and elegant kitchen already setup. Some of them are even fully furnished.

No right? see at this price point there are some other transactions that is happening. one of those are adding range and range hood. adding some tiles as a back splash. customizing most areas according to the need of the buyer. and most of the time the customization is part of the deal. you dont know about it right?

I bet anybody that no one would buy this 4M$ worth property. It's wiser to buy a 30M-ish Php house and invest your excess money for business. Don't get me wrong, this house is beautiful but not worth of the price 220M Php. Less interior design, not fully-furnished, no roof deck to enjoy, the glass windows are not heat-proof as I see it.

The 7th room is perfect for a gym area.
yeah ang ganda pero ang liit ng driver at staff room. kung ganyan kalaki ang bahay mo marami ka ding kasambahay.
