Welcome to the official Laver Cup UA-cam channel. Laver Cup London 2022 runs from September 23-25 at The O2. The tournament takes place for the fifth time and features some of the best players in the world. Björn Borg captains Team Europe, consisting of Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Casper Ruud, Roger Federer and Andy Murray. John McEnroe captains Team World, consisting of Felix Auger-Aliassime, Taylor Fritz, Diego Schwartzman, Alex De Minaur, Frances Tiafoe and Jack Sock. Team Europe’s vice captain is Thomas Enqvist and Team World’s vice captain is Patrick McEnroe. In all four previous editions of the Laver Cup, Team Europe have been crowned champions, including last year at Boston 2021.

The answers from the Big 4 warmed my heart and brought many giggly smiles 🥰 I am so thankful that I got to grow up at the same time as the careers of these legends. Also, thankful that, from what we know, these 4 men are not just great on court but off court as well. Famous, accomplished, and kind - you don't often get to use all 3 adjectives for the same person, so very thankful for that.
Really so emotional and happy too to see the big 4 altogether.

What an ending together. It is also quite fitting that their two previous matches were at RG and Wimbledon and won by rafa and fed respectively, both in the semi finals round too. You really couldn't have scripted this better.

So fascinating to see the dynamics between all of them when they're all in the same room. V clear that the big 4 all have known each other's tics for a long time and are v comfortable around each other. Federer Nadal tho seem significantly closer than the rest of the team, their answers about each other are a lot more personal, and they talk about their relationship beyond the tennis court, doing charity matches and opening Nadal's academy, etc, v telling in the way roger chose him as a partner in his last match. Andy and Novak also seem to be childhood acquiantances with great battles in the past that they can feel nostalgic about. The rest of the team seem a bit dazed and disbelieving that they get to be costars to all of this! And borg is just chillin ofc lol

I'm doing this in Norwegian:) Å se Casper Ruud sitte der bland de Legendene sier mye om karrieren til Ruud. Dette er en utrolig prestasjon. Nå går Mr. Ruud for No. I, for det er store muligheter for dette:) Ruud=Warholm=Beamon=Bolt.
pity Wawrinka is not here. I guess he was considered to be too witty for the event.
he had his own matches to play where he reached the semi finals actually. but yes it would've been great to have another swiss there for RFs retirement
