Thank you so much, I followed your lead and its fixed my beloved machine. I did go to a Seals and Bearings specialist to get my O Ring. My only other comment was that there was a metal wavy seal at the back of the nossle with the O ring. I also replaced this with a rubber ring. The rings were 33.0 x 3.0 size
Mine has started to leak from the top of the nozzle too, soaking the sugar packets I store on top of the machine. It's also leaking from the base, there's a puddle every time I check. It is an older machine, but I love it, apart from these annoying leaks.
Hi guys..I changed the o ring and now tighter fit also cleaned the perforated coffee pod puncher. The leaking have stopped but after making the coffee and when I lift the lid up then excess water falls into the pod tray.. Anyone knows what else could be the issue
Cool video! Do you think it’s possible to remove the two side ‘shelves’? I never use the machine with the milk compartment so don’t need the support. Ive had the machine for 10 years and it still works great, the only reason I’d consider replacing is because I can’t fit my mugs under it properly.
I discovered this issue the day I got mine. By chance I was given some tapered cups, which do actually fit this machine. Difficult to find, but keep an eye out, mine are a Salt n Pepper brand, probably discontinued.
My machine is doing the exact same thing after only having it 3 months. I am not sure how so many people have the same issue but nothing is done to help us when it is under warranty! I had to use a paperclip to troubleshoot the problem on the phone with support and 2 gallons of water later it still leaked coffee, we have to do something.
So since just weeks after this fix, it leaked again and we never tried fixing it. Bought the newer machines, and after 3 months of using our new machine started leaking again. So we called it in for a warranty and Nespresso sent us a new one. We figured it was due to our water which solidifies easily. So we bought a filter jug and use it in our new machine... So far our new machine no longer leaks and its been almost a year 6 or more months since replacement already.

can you show us how to disassemble and reassemble the O-RING BECAUSE YOU DON'T SEE THAT passage ON THE VIDEO Thanks
Unfortunately, I have no way to do it anymore since I have upgraded to their newer machines and have given this machine away already.
The same problem, can you tell the diameter of the ring?

I have the same problem... :( I try to find this o'ring
Unfortunately, these O rings seems to loosen more easily than the original O-ring. So we purchased a new machine a month or two after this video.
