      Hello Hajur!
Thank you for your message. The best thing you can do in this situation is to call the relevant authorities and let them know your circumstances. They will be able to advise you on what steps to take next. They might suggest visiting a Visa Application Centre to submit your documents, or in some cases, it might be possible to do so at a library. However, I am not absolutely sure about the specifics.
I recommend calling them to see what they say. For your reference, I've provided the addresses of some centres below, but please check directly with them to confirm the details.
Good luck, and I hope everything works out for you.

Dear Manjushree, Thank you for your post. I will try to explain about NTL (this is not in practice, yet can be obtain with free of cost in)
      NTL (No Time Limit) :
      • If person has an ILR/ ILE Visa in UK. It allows him or her to stay in the UK forever, if it is lost or it’s very old or Sticker Visa on passport. They can apply NTL so the person can stay in the UK without any time limits. (in the past this was the case)
      BRP (Biometric Residence Permit):
      • If your NTL application is approved, you get a BRP card to prove you can live and work in the UK.
      • This is a special card that has your photo, fingerprints, and shows you have permission to stay in the UK.
      How are They Connected NTL/BRP?
      • When you apply for NTL, you’re asking for proof of your permission to stay in the UK forever. (Assuming you got ILR/ ILE)
      • If you get approved NTL application, you receive a BRP card as proof. (so its like applying BRP)
NTL helps you get a BRP card. But from 1st January 2025 there will be no BRP. Yet Person who has only sticker Visa in passport needs to apply NTL as per home office godliness to get eVisa.
I will make new video if there is any new update. I hope this will help you to underhand.

Please no more lies. Travel 🧳 in UK

Dear viewer, thank you for your comment. Starting January 1st 2025, the UK will fully transition to eVisas, replacing physical biometric residence permits (BRPs). This digital system will provide a secure and efficient way to manage and prove immigration status online. Current BRP holders will need to create a UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) account to access their eVisa, but their existing immigration status will not change (GOV.UK) (The Independent) (Cranbrook Legal).
In response to your comment, "Please no more lies. Travel 🧳 in UK," the information about eVisas is genuine and aims to make travel and immigration processes more streamlined and secure. For more details, you can visit the official UK government website. Thank you!
