And ek bar dr ko dikha bhi lo... Meri jha pe stitch thi waha 2 knot thi wo dissolve nhi ho payi ti to swelling and redness aa gyi ti isiliy bhi jalan ho rahi ti... Dr ne stitch cut kr di to theek ho gaya 1 week me

Meri first delivery time Dr. Ne mujhe guide kiya ki yeh belt aapko na to khana khate, peete time lagana hai or na hi sote time. Even jb aapko back pain se relief mil jaye 15-20 mint.
