interesting build! i'm building a Tinkaton ex deck myself, personally i'd suggest Dew Guard Milotic, since it protects your hand from your opponent's supporters in case they try to reduce your hand. Path to the Peak is also good to counter decks such as Ting-Lu ex, which is a REALLY dangerous matchup for TInkaton ex since it can shut down your draw engines if it's at the front.
Tried the milotic but the deck space hurt the consistency of setting up from my experience with it. Using tinkatons second attack after being Iono'd late game if you can't recover isn't that bad but didn't find myself needing to as shown at the end of the game you can just draw out of it with Gardevoir more often then not.
Ting Lu though would definitely be a tricky match up as there isn't really a counter to it in the list but they have to two shot into so you aren't as pressed for one shotting into them, as long as you can get one off you should be fine.
I love Tinkaton. The version that impressed me the most so far was one utilizing the Tempting Tune Altaria with Nest Stash Skwovet to consistenly get to use Brandon.
That sounds pretty epic haha I defiently prefer the Gardevoirs for the combo of draw power and energy acceleration but could certainly see that working too! Was the build relying on DTE to pay the attack cost and is there a way to draw more cards then just what Brandon gets or its capped at that?
@@TripleBtcg They used the other Tinkaton to quickly get to 12 cards. There was no energy acceleration in that version, but the Tempting Tune + Nest Stash combo makes sure you don't lose your cards through Iono or Judge without relying on Milotic.
@yashoku3122 sounds pretty good for damage output, no way to quickly pay the attack cost sounds like it would hurt it though. Could be interesting once Giovanis Charisma is out though being able to target it with Altaria for to establish an attacker quickly then manually charge up the others while using Brandon.
I just grabbed a bunch of tinkatons together and didn't think about the correct pokemon before this video so I may have to practice with your idea. Mine was pretty bad.
@@TripleBtcg I got all the full arts and mixed it up so nothing was the same. I like variety. I did one line of Gardevoir Ex and through in the manaphy, which is a great idea if you want to survive bench attacks. I also put in a mimikyu for the situations where you have bad draws for stall. I'm trying to get rid of my Zacian V I put in, it's a mixed feeling. And two lines of Tink EX and non EX. I'm using two lucky energy and two reversal. This deck is fun, pretty much a no strat beatem up. The one line of Gard does make it into play more than not believe it or not.
It's definetly a good option and did test with it but found including it hurt the consistency of this build. Once the gsrdevoirs are established you have enough draw power you should be fine. I've seen a list that doesn't run Gardevoirs and instead has milotics and Rotom V which looks pretty interesting as well and FTWtcg did a video on it if you wanted to see the list here: ua-cam.com/video/2cUlss9kM7A/v-deo.html
17:12 The game came to doimg 450 damage when you were contemplating to concede in the setup, those arc setups are temporary, the kirby thor is here to stick on 😎

Nice! Did you go for the Full art or Alt art ones and what build were you trying out? :)

@Akureisenshi2 mixed arts?! My OCD would go crazy haha
the milotic with Dew Guard is busted for this.

BIG HAMMER🔨
Big hammer + the cuteness = Fun times!

Ya definetly wasn't the game I anticipated putting in the video but the comeback justified it haha
30x cards is a busted multiplier
It's pretty solid, once you hit 11 catds in hand you don't need to worry about math either just go smash everything lol
I feel like that's so in the spirit of everything Tinkaton stands for xD
