I was scammed into paying $1500 for a painting. The “FAMOUS” Artist took me to his “Prive” Light basement and conned me. I Sold it for $20 at a garage sale after finding out it was a POS ART not Worth $1 .
Found out the Hotel Owners are a corrupt association also.
Wow how were you scammed exactly? I never went down to the basement maybe I’ll avoid that. To be fair the art didn’t look expensive to me as it had glitter on. As an artist myself I am abstract but you don’t really see glitter on large expensive paintings. Sure everything in art is up to the individual person but its just kind of one of those taboo things. My parents get a coffee there sometimes and that’s legit!
