We in India always talk about developing new ways to deal with different parts of world in this new information age. We talk of how we need to get away from century old alliance strategy. I see many people in East and in Europe mocking Americans for stupidity and dumbness, but if you see it is the US which is actually acting on those new ways to deal with the new world, they are working on different framework for the entire world for the next 40-50 years.
