@@SomeBoiOnline 4:10 - 5:05: Well, there's also the Wallace and Gromit TellTale Game "Grand Adventures; In the 4th episode, it shows that Wallace's ancestor (with his own dog, who is a possible ancestor to Gromit) was involved in a Country Club/Golfing Cult called "The Prickley Thicket". Eventually, Wallace is invited to the club, which is coincidental about his heritage.
@@rayvenkman2087 idk what Wallace's favorite drink is so i can't say anything about Malice's drink, but his favorite food would be ice cream which is also made of dairy, and is a polar opposite of cheese, being soft, and cold than the stone hard and hot cheese
I remember having a dvd set that included all of the sadly very few episodes, and I rewatched them multiple times. I was head over heels bout this show, and I'm glad to see it's still occasionally watched by others in recent years.
I got in touch with Aardman about this (for a school project) and they said they reorganize the house as they need to for each project. The general zones of the house stay the same though!
fun fact about the rocket appearing in world of invention... it's apparently a MkII of the Rocket according to the combined edition of the Hayes manual of Wallace's inventions. The MkI being the one from "A Grand Day Out", so canonically Wallace improved and updated his very first invention.
Oh well that's great to hear more background to it! Information like this is usually out there, it's just knowing where to look in these obscure pieces of expanded media!
The rocket model might have been different from the one used in A Grand Day Out because of the door at the bottom, and we don’t see it in full. I would have asked why there was a door down there. But, I quickly realised that it might be to fill in the hole made by the robot cooker.
4:35 Well in moment in The Wrong Trousers when Wallace showed Feathers McGraw the spare room, there is a picture frame that falls from the wall and onto the floor. The frame picture is presumably a frame of either Wallace’s mother or gran.
A family member of Wallace was mentioned in the Wrong Trousers segment of a 90’s Wallace And Gromit cassette tape which featured Peter Sallis in character as Wallace
Oh I have actually came across this before, but never listened to it in full! Just done so there and I caught the "great grandmother" reference, really fascinating bit of Wallace & Gromit media - thanks for bringing it to my attention!
Aww man, I didn't realise how much I miss Harry Hill's TV Burp!! Loving the W&G content btw. So much attention to detail! Keep up the great work :) It would be nice to have a video reviewing all of the "life-like" inventions such as the rover in A Grand Day out, LAD, Shopper 13, AutoChef, etc.
I hear Nick Park did adopt the rocket from A Grand Day Out into his private collection, meaning it most likely survived the 2005 Aardman fire, but I hear they made another rocket, with a few cosmetic differences, for this show. Maybe Nick thought the original rocket was too valuable? Recently I came across an online video of Aardman's showing Feathers in the milk bottle from The Wrong Trousers, leading me to believe Aardman had that and other models stored in places other than the warehouse that caught fire in 2005! (Or they could've made another one?) I know Hut 17 from Chicken Run survived because that was on display at a war museum. Knowing original sketches were lost in the fire, I would've, had I worked for Aardman and memorized what they looked like, I would've tried re-drawing them from memory! (I couldn't have worked for them at the time, I was 17, nearly 18, when the fire happened and I started college the following spring!)
You, sir, get a like just for including Harry Hill's T.V. Burp in a video about Wallace and Gromit! Or as the man would put it: Who is better: Wallace or Gromit? There's only one way to find out... **FIGHT!!!!!** - Cue ridiculous fight between two questionable effigies of Wallace and Gromit.
Peter Sallis was in Doctor Who, he was in the first Ice Warriors Episode, Peter Hawkins who Voiced the Daleks was going to be Gromit and did you know A Matter of Loaf and Death came out on the same day as The Next Doctor... I know These Facts because I was Wallace and Gromit *Universe* Fan before I became a Whovian!!!
That makes you and me both! Funnily enough it's one of my favourite things and yet I haven't fully covered it on the channel, though its referenced throughout my videos 😄
@@SomeBoiOnline It's very interesting, Wallace and Gromit either reference or is released near Doctor Who.. For 2 more EGs: Wallace said, "I thought that snowman looked Abominable." The episode before Sallis was in DW, was called the Abominable Snowman. And the other being, The Last Classic Who story Survival was released on the 6th of December, only near 20 days later Wallace and Gromit's first Shot: A Grand Day Out was released!!!
Ah that's a good catch! It's always crazy to think how W&G isn't actually that old, compared to say Doctor Who. Seems like a part of British culture that's always been there.
@@SomeBoiOnline I partly got in DW by my mum (Maybe boredom or Brothers more), while my Grandmother (aka my mum's mum) thought to record all the Wallace and Gromit shots before the rest of her grandchildren were born and one after they were grown...Talk about starting to introducing Classical Entertainment at a Young age!!! My Family did that too much to me, I grew up with geeks!!!
I hope that the duo managed to get their rocket back. It’s iconic to the franchise and it would be a shame if it was lost due to a foolish mistake. The prop might be the same, but I don’t know. There’s a little metal X to the left, which I think was on the original. The bottom door certainly isn’t an original feature, and I’m guessing it was installed to fill in the hall that the cooler made.
Thanks for liking my comment some boi online. I only started watching ur videos today. Btw I own the colour changing nose gromit mug. I won it at a raffle draw at my school but it didn’t come with the tea bags🥲
Hm I'm not sure whether there's any solid evidence to suggest it takes place before or after. As far as I know they happen chronologically in order of release date.
The fact that Wallace staged the accidents Gromit gets into in Better Safe Than Sorry and blames him for them is just messed up. It’s no wonder he ran away in The Wrong Trousers.
I could be wrong... but the boiler Wallace slides past in the intro is awfully similar to the one seen in one of the N-Power adverts. Reguarding the fate of the famous orange rocket, Wallace puts his his mug down on the self-destruct button... why does he even have that?!? Meaning the final fate of the rocket is to be blown to bits.
Actually, the Mk II Rocket's status is confirmed deceased because later in 'Reach for the Sky', Wallace inadvertently triggers the Rocket's Self Destruct System. Still let's hope that we may see a Mk III Rocket in the future.

That's fascinating, never played the Telltale game - so great to hear that detail!
See i knew shaun right there but how
That whole thing about "evil Wallace" made me realise a Wario equivalent to Wallace would probably be called "Malice"
😮 That actually works really well, I love it!
Aardmann should hire you for a short film of that lad!

I thought it’d be closer to Maurice, since that sounds a good bit like the name Wallace.

That's a good observation 😅 he must've had some success with his inventions after the empty piggy bank we see in The Wrong Trousers!
