For normal construction It will be cost u approx 30-35Lakh with out interior and depends on ur area too. 🤑🤑

Due to mis alignment of column while creating ground floor we have to provide joggle to all the steel of column for the first floor of about 1 inch will it hamper for three storage???

If Your 1st floor column is Already miss aligned then it will creat problem.
-Joggle is not the issue for construction its the safe way.

Bottom bar should be of higher dia in Case of tension Member.
And if your floor loading is less then it is ok. And If u construct wall and column together and then provide beam there the wall can carry some load it depends upon ur construction type. It will reduce ur room size. 😁
