To me...Yes,Ottawa is a more boring and small city compared to large and highly populated cities such as Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal but I think it's pretty intellectual with museums and historical buildings.. I agree a little bit that it's depressing city though:)

As a person who lives in Ottawa, I think our capital city is one of the most boring on earth, and is overshadowed by Toronto.
