Drawing a Picasso at the Vancouver Art Gallery - MV57

Michael Markowsky goes on a tour of the "MashUp: The Birth of Modern Culture" exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery, and then draws a small Pablo Picasso collage that the curators point to as inspiring (or at least opening the doors to) all of the art that subsequently followed.
My first impressions of the exhibition were not all that high, though upon further reflection there's a lot of great art that probably most people here haven't seen before. What really rubbed me the wrong way were the DOZENS of small video monitors with headphones, showing clips of movies, music videos, tv shows, art films, etc. As far as I'm concerned a museum must build a room for each video with speakers and seats, or not show them at all. The alternative is such a miserable experience that it absolutely devalues the work.
Also, on a side note: I thought shooting this on my GoPro would be a fun alternative to using my DSLR, but it turns out it's a nightmare to edit on FCPX, even after I converted the files into ProRes. I had to stop of hours while the computer rendered minor edits (like the late 1990's all over again!) and ultimately the file was over 200GB! Learned my lesson NEVER to do that again!
