is it too weird to say that I'm fascinated by the shape of her lips? Like, they're so even and plump and beautifully defined, and then she puts on lipstick and somehow they become the Ideal (to me). Also all of these looks are so CUTE
Most east asians have small lips (horizontally small) and on top of that if someone (east asian) gets lip fillers then it's quite normal for their lips to look like that (as a fact, I am an Asian too. To be more specific I am a South Asian)

She uses bright, glowy, saturated lip colors that I dare not try in my life, yet these colors look so nice on her! Yes, she is just that amazing.

OK I think the key here is that her skin has warm reddish/orange undertones, so she looks great with coral and redder colours to highlight that. People with cooler undertones like blue/purple-y colours can lean toward the mauve/burgundy end of the spectrum! Everyone's skin has undertones, no matter the shade, so chances are you can do this too :)
If you want fun colours I recommend for orange undertones: orange, yellow, red, green, for blue/purple undertones: blue, purple, green.
When? Lol. Unless your face already so beautiful, if not, its a disaster for dark skin have bright lip color
