Make up and most cosmetic products have expiration dates and also shelf-expiration dates. Meaning, there's a limit time they can be in store's shelves before being taken down. Usually the shops will have a sale to clear the stocks but if there are still left-overs, they're considered expired. Thus, all these products are unsold expired products that are better used for this kinds of video instead on someone's face.

There's argument that some powders (highlighters and blushes especially since they tend to sit on top of foundation) can be used longer than expiry/open shelf life (thats what the 6m/12m numbers are, they are also considered expired past that time length of opening), but extra microbe growth can cause more breakouts on your skin first. Generally expiry dates have a year or so of cushion to avoid lawsuits/weaker batches that might expire earlier, but use your judgement/how long it's been open end date for your own health. I think there was mixed opinions on if spraying with alcohol fully sanitizes, but those practices will in theory help extend life time since it'll prevent blooms past the level of acceptability.
I just hope this person doesn't let these expire on purpose.. (I'm not just tryna find reasons to hate on them I just found the fact the blush on 1:09 was untouched suspicious like it still has the rose pattern and it didn't look like it was used at all.. but maybe they just lost it and when they found it, it was already expired)
