Carole is simply an amazing lady, bravo. I greatly enjoyed this episode. Love the idea of helping vulnerable and was not aware of guarantees from the government! Thank you so much for sharing this.
How do i know which location to buy a property in that would be a hotspot for social housing? And do i need to have staff on site in my social house Thank you
Abigail, not sure what you mean by hotspot , it’s not always a great idea to buy a house where there is an abundance of any type of rental model , there needs to be a diverse split otherwise it’s more difficult with mortgages . Unless you are qualified in the sector I wouldn’t advocate trying your run the properties yourself, the provider / charity/ council would run them . I’d just look where you can help in your local area, reach out to local charities and the council and ask what particular help they need in regards to fulfilment of property and see if you can work With them

Inspiring work, Carol. Great to hear there are people in the world who think of those who have no home.
