This office looks quite good. However, I find it a bit weird how you designed it so that you basically sit on corner with barely any room to move. Also, generally when you imagine office for one person, you don't sit on corner. But yeah, I get it that you just wanted it to be practical. Still I wonder what if you aren't streaming solo or something and need more room with people actually being there.
The thing is... you actually didn't win the lottery, you work hard every single day to provide us a high quality content. You made your dream come true and it's totally deserved. What chair is that? It looks like it would not push your shoulders into a hunch position which is what most chairs do to me.
If you want to remove 1 keyboard and mouse you can try Barrier. It's opensource and works well for me

Hub repeaters. So extended cables with built in hubs throughout the length of them. Then those go through the wall.
