There's a case of Torture by the Police going through the Courts soon. It had been in a previous Court where the offence was recorded as Torture. ( penalty Up to Life..).
Remember, you have no legal obligation whatsoever to aid police officers in an investigation. Also, the police may demand your details but they cannot force them from you, under duress or otherwise. In the UK only a judge or magistrate has the power to force you to identify against your will.
That’s a Bribe then? So in their working capacity they attempted to bribe you in front of your solicitor and he didn’t recognise that? He’s as inept as the police officers. Any attempt to induce someone to do something against their will for a favour or other gift in an offence. Just look at the Bribery Act 2010?
The fact you need to reup this again is annoying. Because I'm pretty sure it's due to petty police claiming the video. I hope I'm wrong. Keep up the good work !

If you watch all of my arrest videos then you would know that all subject access requests for everything were refused even after the ICO got involved and told them they have broken the law. The police would rather get a huge fine than release my custody booking in video and especially the video on me in the cell.
@@PINACI what i really dont understand is any fool can see what they did was torture..witholding medcine?? 100% guilty of blackmail and torture the law firm who handled your case was piss poor indeed,
@@nozzer2002 They also knew that I was going to be putting everything that happened online which is why they were prepared to take it al the way in court and refused any video evidence. And as you can see the video evidence I did have which was my own proves them to be liars. But yeah, I had a piss poor law firm.
@@PINACI to me its a open and shut case, put it front of a jury you got a big win and big pay out but anyway you did good most people would have flaked out and gave in well done !
After I contacted the ICO with my complaint, they first told me that the police have broken the law and then wrote to the police to encourage them to comply with my SAR, after the police refused I contacted the ICO again who contacted the police AGAIN who refused again. So I then complained to the ICO yet again because the police could easily blur out anyone they didn't want in the footage and ask them what they are going to do about it and the ICO stated that all they can do is log my complaint but won't do anything about it unless they receive multiple complaints from other people. Basically the ICO are a toothless organisation and unwilling to take any real action unless they think can fines some large private corporation or business. Eventually the police send me half a dozen screen grabs from my arrest footage of me getting arrested which was a lot less than my own bodycam footage. The morel of the story is.. always record the police yourself using your own bodycam because you can't rely on theirs or the ICO to make them hand it over.
@@MrAndrewFarrow Yes, if I want to sue the police privately for breaching GDPR, i.e. they didn't fulfill their legal obligation to provide a response with the time frame permitted. As for the denial of my SAR, they used section 45(4)e of the Data Protection Act 2018 as their reason for refusing my data.
@@PINACI my understanding is that if they go; s45 (4) e, you then go s45 (5) e and apply to a court under s167. Or, maybe before that; s45 (5) c and make a request to The Commissioner under s51? Surely, either the Commissioner or the Court will force it out of them?
@@PINACI I don’t know of any civil remedies (ie suing) under GDPR. Maybe I’ve missed that bit. You can only sue for a quantum. GDPR is about getting the Commissioner or the Court to issue them an order. Not the ICO ADVISING them.
Another re upload due to acting sergeant Pusey crying like a baby to youtube !
His name is out there there is nothing he can do about it.
Might be worth a SAR to the police for what they did for Pussy Pussey.
I wondered why you uploaded it 3 times. Sue them.
@@SouthpawDavey Because a complaint was lodged. He already did watch part 3.

Absolutely appalling, I will never assist the police , I wouldn’t even piss on them if they were on fire

Taylor didn't even let the "victim" of crime get in the building first...
British Police. Embarrassing. Just Embarrassing.
Goodness....what utter scumbags...God bless the nurse!
Still rewatching
Have you complained to ico again about not releasing videos?
Thugs in broad daylight

On the plus side. I get the opportunity to rewatch it 😊
Yes its due to the police sergeant not liking his name on youtube so keeps putting in privacy complaints.

So what was the outcome did you win the case hands down or are all of them corrupt , judge included 🤔

Edit: sorry I shouldn't laugh, a terrible story but well told!
Have you got the sergeant's car reg number?
Why would you want that ? did you want to check his tax and MOT status ? !!
sue them
This must be equivalent to torture?
That animation character looks very familiar - the one I knew of years ago was discontinued... is this a new one that takes that type of look?
PC Taylor clearly lied!
I’m disgusted
This would be a breach of your human rights and could put your life at risk? My medication makes it clear that one of my drugs must not be stopped?
👍👍👍
I use a dosette box for my medication.
Same here as well as carry blister packs to top up with.
To be fair they were pretty decent to you😂
