My favorite things about this scene: Glenn's cold, clear warning and follow-up. Daryl's INSTANT jump in to protect, Rick's handling of Daryl (and how Daryl fscking stalks back and forth like a pissed-off tiger). And Michonne's calm spitting of the truth. *chef's kiss*

Literally adore how Rick had to keep moving to put himself between Daryl and Nicholas, like somebody trying to deescalate a cat fight. It really shows off how dangerous this group is compared to the people of Alexandria
Also the part where Deanna backs up for Rick's group. She might not have been tough enough for the new world but she was surely a wise leader who understood the necessity of doing the right thing.

I love how all of Glenn’s friends were so ready to help, Tara and Noah were so quick to tell Aidan to take a step back while Daryl just waited in the back to strike. Love the group dynamics in season 5
Glenn probably had the most loyal people, considering he saved half of them and/or brought them into the group (Rick, Tara, Abraham, Rosita, Eugene) or just plain was a good role model (Noah) or actually respected people (Dale, Herschel) it was impossible to not like the guy.
They literally were trying to warn Aiden that if he didn't chill Glenn was gonna whoop that ass lol true homies though
Yeah their unity was definitely was at its highest at this point in the show (at least one of the highest points). I can imagine that’d be the case after their prison home got destroyed and they got deceived by cannibals.
As Maggie said, he’s the guy who knows more than there leader but he chose his role. Thats why Maggie loved him

The farm wasn't even that bad, it was just that they had no walls to keep the walkers out. But Alexandria was just full of idiots

What is it ALWAYS Shane? Shane didn't, and wouldn't have, made it to this point at all. And Shane was never this rational.
In the approximate 2 yrs in, our group dealt with hordes, Woodbury, the battle at the prison, Terminus, the hospital cops, and all the while toting a baby around and traveling hundreds of miles while Alexandria explored 53 miles around their little paradise. How cute!
Yea if you see a group somehow surviving with a baby in hand, you can assume they are stone cold killers, because that baby would get an average group killed with ease.
If only Deanna had publicly had Rick's group tell their story rather than in private and keeping all the information to herself. Aiden is a hothead and naive but he isn't evil. If they were all given the chance to listen to how the world truly is, I bet Noah and Nicholas wouldn't have died the following run, since there would be better coordination between Aiden and Glenn if Aiden gained respect for the group and who knows? Maybe Sam would be better mentally prepared for the walker horde and not call out for his mom at the worst possible time, so he, his mom, and Ron would be alive and Carl would still have 2 eyes. Deanna kept Alexiandria sheltered so many were naturally hostile towards Rick's group coming in with an utterly different way of life - but then she didn't bring everyone together and clear the air.

This is scene sticks out as one of my favorite scenes of Glenn because it shows how calm he is when he's on the verge of exploding
Glenn at this point was a complete warrior and hadn’t even taken a human life yet. No fear and great reflexes. Season 5 group was peak.
s6 group is underrated, they took an entire armored post without casualties, they only got ambushed so bad by Negan cuz they got split and Maggie got sick, but s6 group is the real peak

The contrast in attitudes is perfectly displayed. Aiden is so naive and can't even comprehend how out of his depth he actually is. He's treating it like some football locker room dispute. Meanwhile Glenn has developed a completely different human sense from having to survive out there.

Deanna's lackluster leadership is on full display here. She says "Rick's group is here as equals" then proceeds to only take Aiden and Nicholas aside instead of Glenn also to clear the air and come to a consensus and gain mutual respect. She literally separates them right after claiming they are equals. She then does this again after the run where Noah is killed - takes Nicholas aside and doesn't listen to Glenn's side. She eventually comes around but it was too late. It's very possible Aidan and Noah wouldn't have died the following run had Aiden, Nicholas, and Glenn had more coordination because of more respect for each other.
I had some hope for Aiden when he admits he knows he's a douchebag but it's the position he was forced into. I think had Deanna taken those three aside he would've gained respect for Glenn after hearing his side in a neutral environment.
4:40 - She gave/reminded Rick of his imperative as a human being. At a time he was progressively losing himself. Thats what you were, thats what you are. Reminded of his roots, a sobering olive branch.
It's cool to see Glenn again he was one of my favorite characters
